Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.
For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more marketable than the non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, like a weapon, armor or ring. This allows you to swap the item for one similar one, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. However, they don't retain the level of the original item and any resources wasted aren't refunded.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of a piece equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can reroll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack and spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a better quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to create it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
As opposed to other tokens or markers placed on Action spaces The reroll marker is left on the spot until the next successful result is repeated. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of every Preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop can trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This changes which blueprints the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. In addition, players can get these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's current level and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single blue or green Growth Stone.
Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. The process of upgrading can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process also is risk-free and will not impact the durability of the item. This makes it an excellent way for players to get an advantage in combat without putting stress on their accounts. Furthermore players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item to a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for players who are new to the game. There are many ways to obtain these stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can also take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade materials and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is attained.
Items that have upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be applied to more than one item at the same time. Each upgrade component requires the purchase of a certain amount of items as well as a certain level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can place an item that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the gear will look like once it is at its next level. Once a player has enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of the item will increase by an amount of. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. When a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect when the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.
Requirements

Once an upgrade component is added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can increase the item's stats.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. Additionally the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Certain items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats, but more because it lets players get the most value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and can be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.
If you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will update to indicate how close to completing it. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
